How to use the Cards

Simple daily meditation with a letter
Every day you can do a meditation to receive guidance for the day ahead.
Start by bringing your attention to your heart and become aware of the heartbeat. Feel the life that is born there. Take a card, contemplate it and open yourself to receive the information.
Like any relationship, it takes time to get to know each other and trust.
Trust what you see, hear and/or feel and put it on paper or record a voice audio. If there is no sensation or information, just being in the present moment feeling your own heart is already a gain, it is already a cure.
Starting the day feeling the heart helps us to be in touch with unconditional love, with that state, surrounded by that energy, the daily challenges become lighter.

Intermediate daily meditation with a letter
This time we are going to ask a question that we want an answer to. We have the following steps to help you achieve this:
1. Make time to be with yourself.
Freeing up time for yourself is declaring that you are ready for self-care, that you are ready to deepen your relationship with yourself.
2. Find a notebook and pens to take notes and bring crayons to draw with.
Like an artist, prepare your tools to interpret inspiration from the stars. Annotations and drawings allow us to organize our new thoughts as new information is revealed.
3. Create a space for calm.
Calm focuses your mind on receiving. If you want, light a candle, incense, surround yourself with plants and flowers, listen to appropriate music or seek silence. It is these small actions and their repetition that calm the waters of your mind.
4. Turn on the light in your heart.
In a comfortable position, try to breathe slowly until you are in full presence. Bring your attention to the center of your chest. Close your eyes and feel your heartbeat.
From your chest, imagine a ball of pink energy rising and expanding to cover your body. That energy coming out of your chest is the energy of love.
When you focus on the heart, a channel of unconditional love opens up. This channel wears glasses on you that expand your vision to a greater one, whose range will allow you to receive messages that vibrate at the same frequency.
5. Ask your question openly.
Open questions give the possibility to receive as much information as possible.
Some ways to start your question:
What should I know about this situation? ,
What learning does this situation offer me?
Creative and healing questions that come from the heart will have answers in the heart.
How can I cure my fear, my phobia, shyness?
What are my gifts?
What is my purpose?
6. Shuffle the cards and choose one.
Put your hands on the deck. Tap three times to move energy. Shuffle the cards and spread them out. Place one hand on top and go through each one until you feel which one to choose.
Choose a letter.
7. Contemplation.
Look closely at the card for a few seconds. See it from your heart, from innocence and simplicity.
What do you notice? Is there anything that catches your eye?
Write down the information that comes in or better yet draw it. If you wish, you can also record a voice message. You will receive each message or insight in a simple way.
Trust what you see, hear and/or feel and put it on paper. Each image brings a message especially for you, a response from your soul, your inner wisdom, that compass that guides you: the heart.
8. Help yourself to integrate the information received.
Schedule a few minutes to watch or listen to the message the next day. You might be surprised by new information.
You can also program the message to appear as a reminder on your cell phone or, if you wish, you can place the message in a visible place like the bathroom mirror to remember it every day and put it into practice.

Advanced daily meditation with a letter
The intent to get an answer to a question is maintained. The difference with the intermediate meditation is due to a change of order by one step. Here you first bring the answer and then draw the letter. It will give greater clarity to our answer.

Repeat steps 1 to 5 of the intermediate daily meditation with a letter.

Before point 6 make an intuitive drawing or intuitive writing of the answer to your question.

Select the letter (step 6).

Feel how the information you've drawn or written is magnified and extended even more clearly. You can continue writing and drawing.
