If you have booked with Erika or Javier, they will start your online reading at the scheduled time. Make sure your internet connection is stable for the call and place your phone or computerin do not disturb mode.

How it works:
After making your payment, you can reschedule your reading or transfer it to someone of your choice. Simply send an email to recupereseupoderagora@gmail.com with the subject "name change" or send a message via WhatsApp at +55 73 99908-7076.
Alternatively, you can receive 100% credit (valid for 12 months from the cancellation request date) to use in our upcoming training sessions, mentorship programs, or products.
This cancellation policy is supported by Article 21 of Law No. 11,771/2008 and Article 6 of Law No. 8,078/1990, particularly in reference to Item III. In compliance with the principle of transparency, we inform you in advance about the refund or credit conditions for the amount paid.
